SHRA provides a variety of financial assistance programs for first-time homebuyers, and offers several loan programs and other assistance to the business community.

Information available in English and Spanish. Qualified homebuyers using an eligible loan program, such as an FHA loan, may be able to move into their new home with zero cash out of pocket. Gift funds up to 6% of the final contract sales toward down payment and/or closing costs; no repayment of gift money, no income or asset limits, no geographical restrictions.
