Property Deductible: $250 All Peril
If your property is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced, with your deductible you will pay the first $250 and your insurance company will pay the rest.
For example, if you had $1,000 worth of damage to your house from a storm, you would pay $250 and your insurance company would pay the remaining $750.
"All peril" means that this is the standard deductible for your policy. Special items (like jewelry) may have different deductibles, depending on your policy. When you see the term "all perils" make sure you read the exclusions in your policy carefully, because it means that some losses are not covered.
